Job Posting – Rental Building Manager (Victoria)

We are looking for a person who is capable of professionally, respectfully, and compassionately managing a 45-unit apartment building in Victoria.  In this role you will be responsible for the residents and the building while working with the management team to achieve a comfortable community at the property.  If you are energetic, level-headed, and relish a dynamic environment, then we invite you to apply.  In this post you will have an opportunity to put your extensive people skills to use as well as your powers of observation to monitor the infrastructure.  To integrate with the management team you will be asked to communicate clearly and effectively.  We will provide you with significant training and your input and suggestions will be welcome.  There are several pieces of legislation that guide how a Building Manager acts and we will expect you to abide by these guidelines.  As a Building Manager you are in a position to set examples and apply rules uniformly and justly.  The ideal candidate recognizes the importance of these practices and has a track record of doing so.  We are looking for the right fit and want to hear from you if this sounds like a job that taps into your strong points.
